Package Terms and Conditions

All laser hair removal packages at Sugarmoon® are final sale and non-refundable. Packages cannot be exchanged, transferred, or shared and must be used by the same individual.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% service charge, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Packages cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless explicitly stated. Clients are responsible for scheduling treatments at the recommended intervals to achieve optimal results.

Please note that individual results may vary based on skin type, hair colour, treatment consistency, and adherence to recommended guidelines.
