All laser hair removal packages at Sugarmoon are final sale and non-refundable. Packages may not be exchanged, transferred, or shared between clients, and all sessions must be used by the same individual. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% service charge, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Packages cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless explicitly stated. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule treatments at the recommended intervals to achieve the best results. Please note that individual results may vary depending on skin type, hair colour, consistency, and treatment adherence.
