Sugarmoon Salon Contest Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are clients of Sugarmoon® Salon with an active client account and who book and complete services between August 25 and September 30, 2025. Contest is not open to residents of Quebec or any jurisdiction where participation would be prohibited by law. Employees and agents of Moon Brands Inc. (including Sugarmoon® Salon and its affiliates) are not eligible to enter.

Entries:

Each completed service counts as one (1) entry. For bundled services, each individual service within the bundle counts as a separate entry. Active Sugarmoon® Members will receive double entries per qualifying service.

No Purchase Necessary:

To enter without booking a service, participants must have an active Sugarmoon® Salon client account. Entrants may submit a hand-written entry including their full name, phone number, email address, and the Sugarmoon® location they wish to enter, which must match the information on their client account. Entries should be mailed to: 371 Danforth Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M4K 1P1. Limit of one (1) mail-in entry per person for the contest period. Mail-in entries must be received by September 30, 2025. Each valid mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry.

Draw Date:

One (1) winner per participating location will be randomly selected on October 1, 2025.

Prizes:

Each winner will receive one (1) Labubu figure. Figures are blind-boxed; the specific character received will be determined at random and may differ from images used in promotional materials. Prize has no cash value and may not be substituted or exchanged.

Notification:

Winners will be contacted by phone or email within 7 days of the draw. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing mathematical question without assistance. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, or is otherwise deemed ineligible, another winner will be randomly selected.

General:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received at each participating location. Sugar Moon Salon Inc. reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable, and to cancel or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

Consent:

By entering, participants agree to allow Sugar Moon Salon Inc. to use their name and likeness for winner announcements and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Legal:

Contest is open only to legal residents of Ontario and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Void outside Ontario and where otherwise prohibited.
