How to use

Dampen the Exfoliating Glove in the shower or bath. Use your favourite Body Wash such as the Daily Concepts Body Wash to later and gently exfoliate in circular motions, all over the body.  Starting from the base of ankles, moving towards the heart to best promote blood circulation and lymphatic drainage. Gently wash the Exfoliating Glove in water and air dry.  Fully replace your mitt every 10 - 12 weeks to prevent bacterial growth.
